Celeb Model: Jensen Ackles
Jake is hotel manager, and he has been for three years. The hotel was only a three star before he came along, now it has been upgraded to a fantastic five. Women love him, and he loves them.
Melissa Hennessy
Celeb Model: Kate Winslet
Melissa is not the managers biggest fan. She has been working at Hotel Blitz for eight years and preferred when the Hotel was under the old managers control. She has worked her way from chambermaid to head of house keeping. You can often see her wondering from room to room with her clipboard.

Celeb Model: Lucy Griffiths
Katie works the check-in desk. She does the night shift and normally just sits doing her make up.
